At Frostvue, each item is carefully handmade and inspected before shipping. Because of the time and care that goes into every piece, all sales are final.
We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges once an order has been placed.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at frostview@outlook.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
We’ll gladly review your case and send a replacement if eligible.

Order Cancellations

Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled or modified, as production begins right away.

Responsibility

Please make sure your shipping address and order details are correct before completing checkout. Frostvue is not responsible for incorrect addresses or lost packages due to carrier errors
