Shipping policy
All orders are processed within 3–7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Once processed, orders are shipped and delivered within 8–20 business days, depending on destination and carrier conditions.
Due to high order volume, supplier production schedules, international holidays, weather conditions, and other unforeseen circumstances, shipping times may occasionally be extended beyond the estimated timeframe.
⚠️ Temporary Processing Update (Effective January 28, 2026)
Due to Chinese New Year, and international logistics constraints, orders placed on or after January 28, 2026 may experience extended processing times.
Processing and fulfillment for these orders is expected to resume beginning February 25, 2026.
Once processing resumes, standard delivery timeframes will apply.

📍 Tracking Information
Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be provided via email. Tracking updates may take 3–7 business days to appear in the carrier system.
🚫 Chargebacks & Disputes
Delayed shipments that are within or slightly beyond the stated delivery and processing timeframes are not considered valid grounds for chargebacks or payment disputes.
Customers agree to contact our support team first before filing any disputes.
💰 Refunds & Cancellations
Orders may only be canceled or refunded before shipment.
Once an order has been shipped, refunds will only be issued after delivery and return of the product (if applicable).
